How can I pay for my order?
We accept payment by credit or debit card as well as electronic transfer to our bank account.
If you select to pay on line by credit card you will be linked directly to PayPal and your credit or debit card data shall be securely processed by PayPal. We do not charge extra cost for credit or debit card payments.
If you select to pay by a transfer to bank account you will receive our bank account details by email following the order confirmation email.
How much is the shipping cost of my order?
Shipping cost will be added automatically to the cost of the items selected before submitting your order.
Calculation of shipping cost for each destination depends on the weight, the value and the size of the parcel and includes packaging, handlind and postage expenses paid to the the postal service.
When will my order be delivered?
Electa Collections endeavours to send all goods within 2-4 business days from payment confirmation of your order. The actual time of delivery to customer’s address depends mainly on the postal services of destination country. Past experience has shown that the average time for deliveries within Europe is about 4-6 business days. |
