JACQUES CHIRAC, 2 EURO COMMEMORATIVE COIN BRILLIANT UNCIRCULATED QUALITY, YEARDATE 2022. On the occasion of the 90th anniversary of his birth, Monnaie de Paris pays tribute to Jacques Chirac. The drawing takes up a solemn profile of President Jacques Chirac looking to the future. It is surrounded by several symbols representing his action: a euro symbol, as sign of its involvement in the introduction of the Euro and his European spirit, and a French flag represented in heraldic colours, itself embellished with the RF as a reference to his presidency. His dates as well as his name are inserted in the acronym of the Euro. The mintmarks as well as the yeardate fit into the design.
