In 2025, the Helsinki Mint will issue a €2 commemorative coin dedicated to the State Visits of Finland – Diplomacy and Foreign Policy, in BU quality, presented in a gold-coloured coincard. The obverse text is in Finnish and Swedish, while the reverse text is in English. The €2 coin State Visits of Finland – Diplomacy and Foreign Policy comes in a gold-themed coincard designed by the Helsinki Mint. The design on the coincard symbolizes the connection between Finland and the rest of the world. The text on the front is in Finnish and Swedish, and the text on the back is in English. The €2 coin was designed by Sinikka Inkeroinen-Huhta and Ilkka Huhta. They used the image of a door to symbolize state visits. Behind the door, negotiations take place, relationships are built, and the future is shaped. On the obverse side of the coin, the door appears smooth while the surrounding surface is more textured. On the reverse side, the textures are reversed.
