>> Why should I register at Electa Collections?

To complete your order it is necessary to create an account with us. Through the registration process we receive all the information required in order to proceed with the dispatch of your order and to communicate with you. By registering you also ensure faster completion of your future orders, since next time you log in you are only required to confirm your personal details and not to fill them in again.

>> How can I register at Electa Collections?

To register at Electa Collections click on "create an account" at the top right of our website, carefully fill in the required fields (*) and then click "REGISTER". The e-mail address that you will enter will be considered as your username, and will be used as the main means of communicating with you. If you do not have an e-mail it is best to contact us directly by phone to place your order.

>> How can I recover my password?

 If you have forgotten your password, click on the link password recovery page found on the log in page.

>> How can I order from electacollections.com?

You can place your orders anytime online by clicking the button "Add to Basket" that appears next to each product and following the online checkout process (reviewing your basket, selecting your delivey method and your payment method). If you would like to order by phone you can call us at +30 210 6390 015 daily from 9am-9pm EET (english speaking only).

Orders can also be submitted by fax: at +30 210 6395 636 or via e-mail: info(at)electacolletions.com

Orders for gold coins will be confirmed Mon-Fri 10am-4pm EET, except for bank holidays.

>> How can I pay for my order?

Electa Collections accepts payments by electronic bank transfer or deposit to its account, payments via PayPal account, payments by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro), or cash on delivery for shipments within Greece. For more information please visit our page "Payment methods".

>> What is the shipping cost for my order?

Shipping cost is added to the total cost of your order before its submission. This cost is a function of the weight of the products in your basket, the distance between the delivery destination and Athens, and the method of shipment (post service or courier). For more information visit our page "Shipping methods".

>> When will I get my order?

Orders are sent within five working days after the confirmation of the respective payment. The delivery date depends on the distance of the destination from Athens and the chosen shipping method. For international shipments customers can choose Fedex courier for faster delivery.

>> How can I send a gift to someone from Electa Collections?

Electa Collections offers a number of products which would make a timeless and valuable gift to your friends or your business partners (see Gift ideas). In case you would like to offer one of our products as a gift, kindly notify us during the order checkout process by filling in your additional comments. We will offer a free gift wrapping for your present! 

>> Can I return a product?

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product which you wish to return please let us know as soon as possible. All returns must be made within five days from the date the customer receives the product. Visit the page "Terms and Conditions" for more information.

>> How can I use a discount voucher?

If you have a valid discount voucher that you wish to use, please enter the respective code in the designated area found on the SHOPPING BASKET page, click "Validate" to calculate the discount, and proceed to checkout to send your order.

>> Does Electa Collections buy coins from collectors?

Electa Collections is primarily purchasing its products from official sources (mints, central banks, authorised dealers). However, for coins that have been sold out at source, Electa Collections considers purchases from private collections, as long as the coins are in excellent condition and possess all relative certificates of authenticity.
