Australia - Gold coin BU 1/2 oz, Year of the Horse, 2014

In the Chinese Lunar Calendar, 2014 is the Year of the Horse. The reverse design for the gold coins features a horse galloping amidst a stylized scene of mountains and clouds. The Chinese character for "horse" appears above with the inscription "Year of the Horse" below. The Perth Mint's "P" mint mark also appears. The obverse design contains the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Queen Elizabeth II with the 2014 date, precious metal weight and fineness, and the legal tender denomination.
