Electa Collections is primarily purchasing its products from official sources (mints, central banks, authorised dealers). However, for coins that have been sold out at source, Electa Collections considers purchases from private collections, as long as the coins are in excellent condition and possess all relative certificates of authenticity.

To complete your order it is necessary to create an account with us. Through the registration process we receive all the information required in order to proceed with the dispatch of your order and to communicate with you. By registering you also ensure faster completion of your future orders, since next time you log in you are only required to confirm your personal details and not to fill them in again.

In addition, it is also possible to make your order as guest without registration.

To register at Electa Collections click on "create an account" at the top right of our website, carefully fill in the required fields (*) and then click "REGISTER". The e-mail address that you will enter will be considered as your username, and will be used as the main means of communicating with you.

You can place your orders anytime online by clicking the button "BUY IT" that appears next to each product and following the online checkout process (reviewing your basket, selecting your delivey method and your payment method).

Electa Collections accepts payments by electronic bank transfer or deposit to its account as well as payments by credit or debit card (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro).

Shipping cost is added to the total cost of your order before its submission. This cost is a function of the weight of the products in your basket and the distance between the delivery destination and Athens. For more information visit our page "Shipping methods".

Most orders are sent within five working days after the confirmation of the respective payment. The delivery date depends on the distance of the destination from Athens and the general transport conditions.

In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product which you wish to return please let us know as soon as possible. All returns must be made within five days from the date the customer receives the product. Visit the page "Terms and Conditions" for more information.

If you have a valid discount voucher that you wish to use, please enter the respective code in the designated area found on the SHOPPING BASKET page, click "Validate" to calculate the discount, and proceed to checkout to send your order.
