Electa Collections accepts payments via electronic bank transfer or deposit to its bank account, credit or debit card payments (Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, Diners, Discover, Prepaid cards). The customer can choose his preferred payment method during the checkout process, before sending his order to Electa Collections.

Customers who choose to pay by bank account transfer or deposit will receive the bank account details of Electa Collections via e-mail following the Order Confirmation. The payment must be in Euro and must settle the total order cost so that the dispatch of the order can be approved.

All payments made using the card are processed through the electronic payment platform of "Nexi XPay" of Nexi Payments Greece S.A. and uses TLS 1.2 encryption protocol encryption with 128-bit (Secure Sockets Layer - SSL). Encryption is a way of coding the information until it reaches its recipient, who will be able to decode it using the appropriate key.

Electa Collections does not receive any data concerning the credit or debit card used (numbers, dates, etc.). There is no additional charge incurred for customers choosing to pay by credit card or debit card.
